Luxury Automotive Sales Consultant

Competition Auto Group in Syosset, NY seeks a Luxury Automotive Sales Consultant to deliver an exceptional buying experience for premium brands such as BMW, INFINITI, Subaru, and Mercedes-Benz Sprinter. In this role, you will greet and qualify customers, conduct needs assessments, present and demonstrate vehicles, structure and negotiate deals, and guide guests through financing and delivery. You'll maintain a robust CRM pipeline, conduct follow-up for retention and referrals, and collaborate with sales, finance, and service teams.

Responsibilities

• Greet, qualify, and build rapport with showroom and internet leads
• Conduct needs assessments to match customers with appropriate luxury vehicles
• Present and demonstrate vehicles, features, and technology, including test drives
• Structure, present, and negotiate pricing and terms within dealership guidelines
• Guide customers through finance, paperwork, and delivery processes
• Maintain and update CRM with leads, follow-ups, and customer interactions
• Prospect, follow up, and build long-term relationships for repeat and referral business
• Collaborate with finance and service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
• Stay current on product knowledge, incentives, and competitive offerings
• Participate in ongoing sales and OEM certification training
