As a Sales Consultant at Ashley The Wellsville Group, you will guide customers through their home furnishing purchases while delivering an exceptional in-store experience. Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed individual and store sales goals through effective selling and follow-up.
• Use POS systems to process sales, returns, and financing accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean, well-merchandised showroom that reflects Ashley brand standards.
• Collaborate with team members and leadership to support promotions and store events.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat and referral business.
• Participate in ongoing training to deepen product knowledge and improve sales skills.
