Automotive Luxury Salesperson

Competition Auto Group in Syosset, NY is seeking an Automotive Luxury Salesperson to represent BMW, INFINITI, Subaru, and Mercedes-Benz Sprinter. In this on-site, customer-facing role, you'll manage the full sales cycle-from greeting and needs assessment through product presentation, test drives, and delivery-while delivering a premium, customer-first experience. Use CRM tools to follow up on leads, build long-term relationships, and achieve sales and CSI goals.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a premium, customer-first experience to luxury vehicle shoppers and owners.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and lead follow-up to delivery and after-sale care.
• Conduct professional product presentations and test drives for BMW, INFINITI, Subaru, and Sprinter models.
• Explain lease and finance options, working closely with F&I to structure competitive deals.
• Use CRM tools to track leads, follow up promptly, and build long-term client relationships.
• Consistently achieve individual and dealership sales and CSI targets.
• Stay current on product training, certification programs, and competitive market trends.
• Collaborate with teammates and management to support a respectful, performance-driven culture.
