Senior Account Executive

XPLN.ai is seeking a high-performing sales professional to drive new business growth across agency and advertiser partners. This role is ideal for someone with strong agency relationships, a hunter mentality, and experience selling programmatic, media, publisher, or adtech solutions.

• Generate net-new business opportunities and revenue
• Develop relationships across agency holding companies and advertisers
• Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline
• Prospect, pitch, negotiate and close new business
• Partner with leadership on go-to-market initiatives
• Represent XPLN.ai within the agency and programmatic ecosystem

• 5+ years of media, adtech, programmatic, publisher, or measurement sales experience
• Existing relationships within GroupM and/or Dentsu strongly preferred
• Proven track record of new business generation
• Strong understanding of the programmatic advertising ecosystem
• Experience selling into agencies and agency holding companies
• Ability to thrive in a startup environment
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• PMP sales experience
• Publisher sales experience
• Measurement or analytics platform experience
• Experience working within smaller, high-growth organizations

• Comfortable operating with limited structure

• Base Salary: $130,000 - $150,000 + double OTE.

• New York City (Hybrid)
