Job Opportunity- Local Sales & Marketing Coordinator – Astoria, Queens

Mexican Restaurant in Astoria, Queens is seeking an outgoing, organized Local Sales & Marketing Coordinator to grow weekday lunch, office catering, private events, social media, and neighborhood partnerships. This is a hands-on role for someone who can build relationships with local offices and businesses, create engaging content, follow up on leads, and turn outreach into sales.

• Visit local offices, gyms, salons, schools, medical practices, and businesses to promote lunch specials and catering.
• Generate and follow up on office-lunch, catering, and private-event leads.
• Help book birthdays, corporate events, family celebrations, and group dinners.
• Create Instagram/Tik Tok content and support Google Business Profile updates.
• Build local partnerships and help organize community events.
• Track outreach, leads, booked events, and recurring office accounts.

• Experience in restaurant marketing, catering, hospitality, sales, events, or social media preferred.
• Confident speaking with local business owners and office managers.
• Strong follow-up, communication, and organizational skills.
• Comfortable with in-person outreach - not only online marketing.
• Familiarity with Astoria/Queens is preferred.
• Spanish speaking is a plus.

• Part-time, approximately 20-30 hours per week to start.
• Flexible schedule; weekday lunch availability required, with some evenings/weekends for events.
• Hourly pay plus commission/bonuses for booked catering, private events, and recurring office accounts.
• Opportunity to grow into a full-time role.

$50K+ depending on hours and assignments
