Client Advisor - The Landmark

Summary

Part Time Client Advisor responsible for delivering exceptional in-store client experiences and representing the brand with authenticity and professionalism. Drive sales through strong client relationships, clienteling, and delivering memorable moments at The Landmark store in New York City. This role focuses on meeting commercial targets while cultivating repeat business and long-term client loyalty.

• Embody the brand and provide the Tiffany touch in every client interaction.
• Develop and maintain client relationships to grow outreach and repeat business.
• Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual store sales targets.
• Capture and maintain client data using POS and client tracking systems.
• Deliver elevated in-store service, optimize hospitality and store amenities, and act on client feedback.
• Convert clients through discovery, product knowledge, and styling recommendations.

• Experience in retail, luxury retail, or client-facing hospitality roles with a proven track record of commercial results.
• Ability to connect with diverse clients and foster long-term relationships.
• Flexibility to work non-traditional hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Proficiency with point-of-sale systems, client tracking tools, and Microsoft Outlook/email.
• Authorization to work in the United States; college degree and multilingual skills preferred.
