Regional Sales Manager – Commercial P&C

JCW is currently recruiting for a Regional Sales Manager on behalf of a fast-growing MGA within the specialty commercial insurance space. This is a highly relationship-driven, territory-focused role responsible for growing agency distribution, increasing submission flow, and managing agency partnerships throughout New York, New Jersey, and Eastern Pennsylvania, with a strong emphasis on the Philadelphia market. The position is ideal for someone with a strong E&S, wholesale, MGA, specialty commercial insurance, or broader commercial P&C carrier background who enjoys being in the field, building agency relationships, and driving production growth across a high-potential territory.

• Develop and grow agency relationships throughout New York, New Jersey, and Eastern Pennsylvania, serving as the primary point of contact for assigned partners.
• Drive submission growth and production by identifying new opportunities across retail agency networks and expanding distribution throughout the territory.
• Travel regularly throughout the territory to meet with agency partners, attend industry events, and strengthen agency engagement.

• 5+ years of experience within E&S, wholesale brokerage, MGA, specialty commercial insurance, or commercial P&C carrier distribution/marketing.
• Strong agency-facing relationship management experience with independent agencies and commercial insurance partners.
• Experience across commercial property & casualty or specialty commercial insurance lines, with a proven ability to grow agency relationships and drive profitable production.
