Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional one-on-one customer service and build long-term client relationships
• Meet and exceed individual commission sales goals through proactive selling
• Offer product expertise and styling recommendations for menswear
• Process transactions accurately and maintain merchandising and visual standards
• Support team coordination and ensure consistent floor coverage

Requirements

• Previous retail sales experience, ideally in menswear or luxury apparel
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Comfortable working in a commission-based role and driven by sales targets
• Capable of standing for extended periods and assisting with merchandise handling
