Hospital (Emergency Care) – Sales Representative

Stryker’s Sales Representative will promote and sell Emergency Care products, focusing on Hospital Emergency Care solutions, to healthcare providers. The role involves building and maintaining strong customer relationships, handling inquiries, negotiating pricing, and managing orders seamlessly. The representative will stay informed on industry trends, competitor activity, and regulatory shifts to effectively position Stryker’s products, exceed sales targets, monitor performance, and collaborate with marketing and support teams to drive business growth.

• Promote and sell Stryker Emergency Care Hospital products to meet customers’ needs.
• Achieve assigned quota by taking a consultative approach to hospital sales, marketing, and clinical demonstrations of all related products and programs.
• Become the resident expert in Hospital/Patient Resuscitation and Treatment (PRT) by working with nurses, medical directors, and administrators; build credibility through product and competitor knowledge.
• Focus on customer satisfaction by demonstrating teamwork and empowerment, solving problems, operating with honesty and integrity, and providing a highly responsive and unsurpassed level of customer service.
• Take pride in cost reduction, and commit to on-time, complete, and error-free shipments.
• Display experience with reports, budget, customer service, and project management.
• Have basic knowledge of market research, new product introduction, Profit and Loss (P&L) management, and field testing.
• Provide continued experience in sales or clinical setting.

• High school diploma and 5+ years of professional experience.
• Valid driver’s license in the state of residence and good driving record.
• Ability to lift unassisted 75-80 pounds, and to reach, push, pull, and move equipment weighing up to 75 pounds.
• Capacity for prolonged periods of stooping, kneeling, crouching, bending, sitting, standing, and crawling as required.
• Ability to coordinate eye, hand, and foot movements with visual and auditory discrimination, reading ability, and memory retention.
• Experience handling materials such as durcot fabric, nylon fabric, Velcro, zippers, rubber, metals, and coated products.

• Bachelor’s Degree.

• Coordination of eye, hand, and foot movement with an ability to grasp by hand and meet cognitive demands to include visual and auditory discrimination, memory, reading ability, and memory retention.
• May handle various materials including but limited to durcot fabric, nylon fabric, Velcro, zippers, product components comprised of rubber, metals and coated products.

This role is 100% commission and is eligible for bonuses plus benefits.
