Prospect and qualify owner-operators and fleet managers across the US. You'll be the first voice fleet operators hear from Postral — setting the tone for how we build relationships in the industry.
What you'll do- — Run high-volume outbound via phone, SMS, and email to trucking companies
- — Qualify leads based on fleet size, renewal date, and current coverage
- — Book demos and hand off to the GTM lead for closing
- — Maintain clean pipeline data and share weekly feedback on what's resonating
- — 1+ year of outbound sales or cold calling experience
- — Thick skin and genuine curiosity — you enjoy talking to people
- — Trucking or insurance background is a bonus, not a requirement
- — Hungry to grow into a closing role
