Account Executive

Hybrid (3-4 days/week onsite) - September Start Date.

Our client is a well-funded Series A fintech infrastructure company, backed by a major strategic investor, building the financial infrastructure that powers the next generation of fintechs, banks, and digital platforms, already trusted by several leading financial platforms across the US.

• Running full-cycle sales, from cold outreach through signature, on six-figure deals (roughly $100K-$300K ACV), selling to technical and payments buyers (CTOs, VPs Eng, Heads of Payments) at fintech, crypto, and financial-services companies.
• Working closely with founders and engineers; deal insight feeds directly back into product decisions.
• Using an AI-heavy sales toolkit (prospecting/enrichment tools plus AI assistants) to prioritize targets and speed up complex cycles, with real influence over how that stack evolves.
• Handling deep technical and commercial discovery, navigating procurement/compliance in regulated buyers, and closing.

Required:

• 4+ years of B2B tech sales experience specifically into fintech, payments, banking, or crypto, with a track record against technical buyers, not just account management.
• Strong grasp of how US enterprise/mid-market deals actually close (procurement, legal, multiple stakeholders).
• Genuine daily use of AI tools for prep, research, and follow-up.
• Comfort with ambiguity; this is an early-stage seat without a mature playbook.

$300-330K OTE, uncapped (Reps on track for $400k+)
