At Charles Tyrwhitt we are looking for an experienced Sales Associate to work at our Madison Ave store. The role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales.

• Provide exceptional customer service and be the touch point for each and every customer.
• Deliver styling and fit advice, including tailoring and custom product sales service.
• Represent the CT brand with a warm welcome and customer‑first attitude.
• Conduct general store operations such as restocking, shipment and operating the register.

• Confident Sales Associate who can connect with customers and deliver excellent customer experience.
• Experience in a similar retail position is a huge advantage.
• Interest in menswear is necessary.
• Training will be provided to understand our brand.
