Position Summary
As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will develop and execute a comprehensive account and territory plan, driving sales in a defined territory and/or account list to achieve revenue targets. You will bring a solution‑oriented approach to selling, helping prospects understand how our conversational marketing and pipeline generation products meet their unique business needs. As a hands‑on AE, you will facilitate every stage of the sales cycle—from initial discovery to pitching, pricing negotiations, and closing.
Responsibilities- Be a master of discovery and a strategic business partner for prospective customers while owning the entire sales cycle.
- Prospect, qualify, and close new business deals with enterprise‑sized organizations (2500+ people), leveraging strategic insight to demonstrate the value of our solutions.
- Actively work identified target accounts while continually building and maintaining a robust sales pipeline.
- Serve as the quarterback for prospective customers and know when to involve the right stakeholders.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with key partners such as Marketing, Sales Engineering, Product, and Success.
- Understand the competition and speak strategically about our market positioning.
- 6+ years of full‑cycle B2B SaaS sales, with experience selling into organizations larger than 2500 people and targeting marketing and sales leaders.
- At least 2 years within Mar Tech.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- Goal‑oriented with a track record of over achievement (e.g., President’s Club, Rep of the Year).
- Proven ability to drive an effective sales process and close new business.
- Ability to articulate and sell the business value of MQLs, lead generation, and conversions to businesses of all sizes.
- Excellent thought‑leadership traits and a demonstrated ability to drive a value‑based sales cycle.
- Smart, organized, self‑motivated, flexible, and a team player.
- Strong desire to succeed and thrive in a high‑energy team environment.
- Extraordinary presentation and interpersonal skills with the ability to develop productive C‑level relationships.
- Training in MEDDIC and/or other enterprise sales methodologies.
- Experience with Salesforce and other virtual selling tools such as Zoom, Webex, or comparable tools.
Base salary range: $99,500 – $164,850 annually. In California and New York, and select cities in the metropolitan areas of Boston, Chicago, Seattle, and Washington DC, the base pay range is $109,500 – $181,000 per year.
