Position Overview We are seeking a driven Sales Development Representative to join our outbound sales team. You will work closely with our Manager of Outbound Sales to generate and qualify pipeline through strategic prospecting and discovery. This is a high-impact role that directly influences the growth of our sales function focused on building a disciplined outbound execution.
Key Responsibilities Generate and qualify outbound pipeline through prospecting, cold outreach, and discovery conversations
Complete sales outreach via various outbound channels, including cold calls, email campaigns and Linkedin messaging
Schedule qualified meetings for the Manager of Outbound Sales, ensuring prospects match our ideal customer profile
Track sales and outreach activities + campaign progress in the CRMQualify leads + customers based on provided frameworks
Maintain lead status and campaign reports
Represent the company and our products with a high degree of professionalism
What We're Looking For1–3 years of sales experience; outbound/prospecting experience strongly preferred
Proven ability to succeed in an outbound, prospecting-focused role Strong communication and active listening skills, comfort with cold outreach and discovery conversations
Demonstrated interest in sales
Comfortable with high call and email volume, and with rejection, without losing momentum
Attention to detail and discipline in following process and tracking pipeline
Proficiency with or other CRM, Zoominfo, Sales Navigator, and/or data management experience
Curiosity and a consultative mindset when engaging with prospects
Preferred Qualifications Cold-calling experience
Experience using Salesforce or a comparable CRMExperience with prospecting or enrichment tools (e.g., Zoom Info, Apollo, Linked In Sales Navigator, or similar)
Experience with call/dialer or sales engagement platformsA track record of meeting or exceeding activity or quota targets in a previous role Experience in a full-cycle or fast-ramp sales environment
Experience selling into real estate, property management, facilities, or B2B services
Comfort with technical or compliance-adjacent selling

Salary Range: $68,500 - $80,000
