As demand from large organizations grows, we're looking for an experienced Enterprise Account Executive to own and close deals at the enterprise level.
The RoleWe're seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to own the full sales cycle with our largest, most strategic accounts, from prospecting through close. You'll work directly with C-suite and senior decision-makers at large organizations, running complex, multi-stakeholder deals that require patience, credibility, and sharp execution. This is a high-impact role for someone who's sold at the enterprise level before and is ready to build out Embrava's enterprise motion in real time.
WhatYou'll Do
- Own the full enterprise sales cycle, from prospecting, pitching, and negotiating, to closing with large, complex organizations
- Research and target enterprise-level accounts, building account strategies and outreach tailored to each organization's scale, structure, and industry
- Develop and nurture senior-level and C-suite relationships, positioning Embrava's value across procurement, IT, and executive stakeholders
- Lead tailored product demonstrations for executive and technical stakeholders, and respond to RFPs, security questionnaires, and technical inquiries with precision
- Manage multi-threaded deals across IT, procurement, legal, and security stakeholders, keeping every side aligned as the deals progress
- Collaborate closely with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure smooth handoffs and long-term account health
- Keep pipeline, forecasts, and account activity current in CRM, giving leadership real-time visibility into enterprise deal health
- Meet or exceed individual revenue targets monthly and quarterly, feeding market and customer insight back into go-to-market strategy
- 5-7 years of full-cycle B2B SaaS or hardware sales experience, with meaningful exposure to enterprise-level clients
- Proven track record of winning new enterprise accounts and consistently hitting or exceeding revenue targets
- Comfortable and confident presenting to C-suite executives, with experience navigating procurement, legal, and security stakeholders
- Skilled at complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles, tailoring messaging across buyer personas and decision-makers
- Highly organized and tactical, with the discipline to manage a long enterprise sales cycle without losing momentum
- A driven, confident self-starter who can build Embrava's enterprise presence with minimal oversight
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce) and disciplined pipeline and forecast management
- Prior experience selling into workplace technology, IT, facilities, or hardware-adjacent categories
- Familiarity with international or multi-region enterprise deals (Embrava operates across the US, UK, and Australia)
- An existing network of enterprise or C-suite relationships
- Competitive base salary plus a commission structure tied to enterprise deal size ($180,000-$230,000 OTE based on experience level)
- The opportunity to build and shape Embrava's enterprise sales motion from the ground up
- Direct access to senior leadership and a real seat in shaping go-to-market strategy
- A collaborative team that values initiative and ownership
