Sports & Entertainment Management Associate

7x Media is seeking a highly motivated, proactive, and organized Sports & Entertainment Management Associate to help drive the company's continued growth.

This role supports business development, partnerships, operations, and strategic initiatives across the sports and entertainment industry. Responsibilities include identifying new revenue opportunities, assisting with athlete representation, developing and managing brand partnerships, maintaining existing business relationships, and helping execute the company's strategic vision.

This is not a structured, routine position. You'll thrive here if you take ownership of projects and don't wait to be told what to do — generating ideas, spotting opportunities, and executing independently while helping bring the company's long‑term plans to life.

We're looking for a confident communicator with exceptional writing and verbal skills, a genuine interest in both sports and entertainment, and a strong understanding of media, marketing, and brand partnerships. You should be resourceful, detail-oriented, and quick to adapt to the fast‑paced and often unpredictable nature of the industry.
