Account Executive - onsite

Our client, an AI fintech startup, is hiring Account Executives to join their growing go-to-market team.

What you'll be doing:

You'll own the full sales cycle - from prospecting and generating initial interest through to closing - while coordinating closely with customer success, solutions/technical teams, and external partners such as integrators. You'll manage complex, multi-stakeholder deals, develop detailed business plans to hit goals and quotas, and build executive-level relationships across industries to close strategic partnerships.

As the company scales, you'll help shape the sales process by codifying playbooks and best practices, and contribute to building out the GTM team through interviewing and mentoring future sellers.

• Work experience:
  
  Ranked in the top 10% of your sales organization, or demonstrated rapid career progression
• Experience at a Series A/B/C/D startup during a period of growth

• Seniority: 4-10 years of experience in a full-cycle, quota-carrying B2B SaaS sales role
• Experience selling a complex, technical B2B SaaS product
• Track record with ACVs of $50k+ and multi-month sales cycles
• Intellectual, thoughtful, and articulate communication style
• Must work in-office 5 days/week in NYC

• 3+ years of closing experience
• Degree from a top-tier university
• Experience selling AI or fintech products
