Summary

The Guest Services Coordinator is responsible for hospitality services and the in‑store client experience to support monthly sales goals. This role owns hospitality needs within the store, including food and beverage service in the Guest Kitchen, and supports the selling teams by developing meaningful relationships with internal and external clients. The Coordinator becomes an expert on product and service presentation and ensures a high level of client experience at all times.

Responsibilities
  • Provide hospitality services and support across Guest Kitchen functions and other in‑store hospitality initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external clients via phone and electronic communication; facilitate sales or connect clients to appropriate sales professionals.
  • Serve as an in‑store product expert to relay product knowledge and availability to clients.
  • Facilitate customers' shopping experiences including concierge services, transportation coordination, and related client requests.
  • Assist with celebrity dressing, marketing and PR requests, and promotional mailing projects.
  • Prepare store opening and closing tasks, support cash wrap operations, and maintain a clean, organized sales floor and fitting rooms.
  • Coordinate with Shipping and Receiving and Alterations to manage customer sends, transfers and shop timelines.
Requirements
  • Well‑developed written and verbal communication and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to personal presentation, detail orientation, and strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Relevant retail or hospitality experience preferred; computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) preferred.
  • Ability to operate a register, stand and walk for multiple hours, lift up to 30 lbs, and climb/operate ladder as trained under safety guidelines.
  • Self‑starter mentality and proactive approach to supporting sales professionals and client needs.
