Weekend Skincare Sales Representative​/Brand Ambassador

Seles Teres is a Queens-based handcrafted skincare and self-care brand looking for a friendly, dependable, and sales-minded Market Representative to represent us at farmers markets, pop-ups, and community events throughout NYC.This is an independent, hands-on role perfect for someone who enjoys talking with people and is comfortable actively engaging customers and making sales — not simply standing behind a booth..

• Represent Seles Teres at local markets and events.
• Welcome shoppers and introduce them to our brand and products.
• Learn our skincare collection and confidently recommend products.
• Explain ingredients, product benefits, and current promotions.
• Actively engage customers and help drive sales.
• Upsell and cross-sell naturally while providing excellent customer service.
• Process customer purchases accurately.
• Set up, maintain, and break down an attractive market display.
• Keep products and inventory organized.
• Pick up and return products and market equipment from our Whitestone, Queens studio when required.

• Warm, friendly, outgoing, and comfortable approaching people.
• Naturally sales-oriented and motivated to achieve strong market-day sales.
• Reliable, punctual, and responsible.
• Comfortable working independently.
• Professional in appearance and communication.
• Organized and attentive to detail.
• Interested in skincare, beauty, wellness, or handcrafted products.
• Available on Saturdays and/or Sundays, including some early mornings.
• Physically comfortable assisting with market setup, breakdown, boxes, tables, and displays.
• Previous sales, retail, beauty/skincare, farmers market, event, or customer-service experience is preferred, but the right personality, reliability, and willingness to learn are equally important.

You must have a valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle with enough space to transport market inventory and setup materials. Some market days will require picking up products and equipment from our Whitestone studio, transporting them to the event, and returning them afterward.

This is a part-time, event-based weekend position. Most events take place on Saturdays and/or Sundays, with some requiring early-morning setup.

Additional markets, seasonal events, and pop-ups may be available for someone who becomes a strong and reliable member of our team.

You’ll have the opportunity to represent a growing local skincare brand, learn our products and sales approach, meet new people, and become a trusted part of our market team.

We’re looking for someone who will eventually be able to take ownership of a Seles Teres market day — creating a beautiful booth, connecting genuinely with customers, and helping the brand grow through excellent service and strong sales.. Reliable vehicle + valid driver’s license required.
