Used Car Manager

The Used Car Manager at Romeo Auto Group is responsible for overseeing the buying, selling, and trade-in of pre-owned vehicles within our dealership.

Regular Saturday availability is expected as part of this position.

• Manage the used car inventory, pricing, and merchandising to maximize sales
• Negotiate deals with customers and handle trade-in offers
• Monitor market trends and adjust inventory as needed
• Train and supervise the used car sales tea

• Prior experience in automotive sales, preferably in the used car market
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Strong knowledge of pricing strategies and market trends
• Ability to lead and motivate a team
• Consenting to a Background Check
