Fairview is seeking an experienced, motivated Healthcare Marketer to grow our referral network, promote our services, and generate new patient admissions.
ResponsibilitiesGenerate new patient referrals and admissions
Market Fairview to hospitals, physicians, clinics, community organizations, assisted living facilities, home care agencies, and other referral sources
Build and maintain relationships with case managers, social workers, discharge planners, doctors, and healthcare professionals
Develop new referral sources and business opportunities
Conduct outreach, networking, visits, and community marketing
Represent Fairview at healthcare events and meetings
Follow up consistently with referral sources and potential admissions
Work closely with the admissions team to convert appropriate referrals into admissions
Healthcare marketing, business development, admissions, or sales experience preferred
Strong networking and relationship-building skills
Existing healthcare referral relationships are a plus
Outgoing, professional, motivated, and results-driven
Primary Goal: Increase Fairview’s visibility, build strong referral relationships, and consistently generate qualified patient admissions.
