We're looking for an Experienced Hotel Sales Coordinator to join a professional and fast-paced hotel environment. The ideal candidate is polished, organized, detail-oriented, and experienced with ONQ and Delphi hotel systems.
What You’ll Do- Support the hotel sales team with daily administrative and operational tasks
- Manage and maintain group bookings, client information, and sales records in ONQ and Delphi
- Assist with proposals, contracts, booking details, and client follow-ups
- Coordinate group reservations, meetings, events, and special requests
- Enter and update room blocks, group information, and client details accurately
- Communicate with clients, hotel departments, and vendors to ensure all requests are handled efficiently
- Assist with preparing sales reports, presentations, contracts, and other sales-related documents
- Coordinate site visits, client appointments, and property tours
- Follow up with prospective and existing clients regarding inquiries, bookings, and upcoming events
- Maintain accurate calendars, schedules, and sales activity reports
- Monitor deadlines and ensure all sales and group-related tasks are completed on time
- Provide professional and responsive customer service to clients and guests
- Assist the Sales Manager and hotel leadership with special projects and other sales initiatives
- Previous hotel sales, sales coordination, or hospitality experience REQUIRED
- Hands-on experience with ONQ and Delphi REQUIRED
- Strong understanding of hotel group sales, reservations, and event coordination
- Professional and polished customer service and communication skills
- Excellent organization and attention to detail
- Strong follow-up skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, email, and hotel-related systems
- Able to work independently and take initiative
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills
- Stable and reliable work history preferred
- Dependable, punctual, and able to maintain a consistent schedule
- Ability to work effectively with hotel management, sales teams, clients, and other departments
