Business Development Representative – Outbound | AI / Fraud Prevention
I’m working with a high-growth technology company operating at the intersection of AI, cybersecurity and fraud prevention
, and they’re looking to hire a Business Development Representative to join their outbound sales team.
This is a high-impact role focused on building pipeline across banks, fintechs and financial services
, engaging senior stakeholders across fraud, risk, compliance, AML and payments.
What you’ll be doing:
- Building and managing targeted outbound campaigns across email, phone, Linked In and industry channels
- Engaging senior decision-makers and generating qualified meetings
- Using AI and automation to improve prospecting and personalise outreach at scale
- Mapping target accounts and identifying key decision-makers
- Working closely with Account Executives to convert meetings into pipeline
What they’re looking for:
- 2–7+ years’ experience in outbound BDR/BDM roles, ideally within B2B SaaS
- Strong cold calling and senior-level outreach experience - happy with over 100 dials per day
- Proven track record of consistently generating qualified pipeline
- Comfortable working with AI and automation tools
- Experience selling into banks, fintech, payments, risk or compliance is highly advantageous
