What You'll Do:

• Be the first point of contact for potential customers — via phone, email, text, and chat
• Respond to leads FAST and follow up with precision
• Set appointments that turn into showroom traffic
• Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth handoffs
• Crush daily, weekly, and monthly performance goals
• Keep our CRM system clean and up-to-date

What We're Looking For:

• High-energy personality with strong communication skills
• Previous experience in a BDC, call center, or sales role is a HUGE plus
• Goal-oriented mindset—you love to win and hate to lose
