Sales Manager (Residential)

We are seeking an experienced
Sales Manager
to lead, coach and develop a high-performing sales team while driving revenue growth and market expansion. The ideal candidate is a results-oriented leader with a proven track record in sales, team development and customer relationship management. This role is responsible for overseeing sales strategy, performance and business development efforts while ensuring homeowners receive exceptional service and customized comfort solutions.

• Drive residential sales growth by developing new business opportunities, generating referrals, and expanding relationships with homeowners, property managers, and community partners
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring a high level of satisfaction, retention and repeat business.
• Conduct in-home consultations and sales negotiations to deliver customized home services solutions
• Lead sales performance through ongoing coaching, performance evaluations, and incentive programs designed to exceed revenue goals

• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth and market expansion
• Analyze sales metrics, forecasts, and KPIs to drive strategic decision-making and improve team performance
• Collaborate with installation, service, and operations teams to ensure an exceptional customer experience from sale through project completion
• Resolve customer concerns and escalations promptly and professionally to protect customer satisfaction and company reputation

• 3+ years of Plumbing experience (preferred)
• Strong knowledge of Plumbing systems, products, and services
• Leadership experience preferred
• Proven track record of achieving revenue growth and sales targets
• Experience with CRM systems and sales reporting tools
• Excellent leadership, coaching, and team-building skills
• Strong negotiation and closing abilities
• Effective communication and presentation skills
• Customer-focused with strong relationship-building capabilities
• Ability to analyze market data and develop strategic plans

• Annual base salary ranges from$125,000 - $175,000
  , with additional earnings available through performance-based incentives or commissions (on-target earnings)
