BDC Representative

Competition Auto Group, a family-owned dealership group in Syosset, NY, is seeking a BDC Representative to handle inbound and outbound customer communications for our BMW, INFINITI, Subaru, and Mercedes-Benz Sprinter stores. In this role, you will respond to online leads, calls, and emails, qualify prospects, and set sales and service appointments that drive showroom and service traffic. You'll use CRM tools to track interactions, support our sales and service teams, and deliver a friendly, professional customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and online inquiries from sales and service customers
• Qualify and nurture digital leads to schedule showroom and service appointments
• Accurately update customer and lead information in CRM and dealership systems
• Coordinate with sales and service teams to ensure smooth handoff and excellent customer experience
• Follow up with prospects and existing customers to drive retention and repeat business
• Meet daily and monthly performance goals for contacts, appointments, and show rates
• Provide knowledgeable information on vehicle models, offers, and dealership services
• Uphold Competition Auto Group's customer-first standards and brand reputation
