Alexandra Grecco, a New York City-based bridal company, opened its Soho flagship boutique in the fall of 2024 and is looking to expand its team with people who are passionate about bridal and equally passionate about providing a best-in-class experience to clients. For over 10 years, Alexandra Grecco has stood out among independent designers for its timeless yet modern silhouettes and heirloom-quality silk gowns.

We are seeking candidates who value creating a supportive and intimate space for clients while providing exceptional service. We are hiring for a Bridal Sales Consultant and are open to candidates who are available in either a part or full-time capacity.

Responsibilities

for these positions include:

Providing personalized style consultations and exceptional customer service for our clients, while creating a warm, memorable and supportive environment for our prospective brides in our Soho Flagship.
Becoming an expert of the brand including product knowledge and company values.
Creating one-of-a-kind bridal ensembles for each client, utilizing the wide range of gowns, accessories and customizations offered by Alexandra Grecco.
Meeting and exceeding sales goals, both individually and collectively.
Initiating effective and engaging communication with prospective clients, both before and after appointments. Maintaining relationships throughout the full life cycle of a bridal client, from time of booking through pick up and alterations.
Supporting with daily tasks including appointment preparation, merchandising, and general showroom needs.
Supporting order processes, including order and payment collection, quality control, and coordinating logistics alongside the production team.

We are seeking candidates with:

Prior sales experience in similar high-end luxury bridal store environment.
Proven track record in a high-end sales environment with set KPIs and sales expectations.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, in order to provide our clients with the highest level of customer service.
Keen eye for fashion styling, technical garment construction and fabric knowledge.
A passion for customer service and delivering exceptional luxury service and maintaining Flagship to company standards.
A flexible schedule with weekend availability.

Compensation:

The hourly rate of pay offered may vary based on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Hourly starting at $25/hr + additional compensation on a commission basis based on sales volume.
