Job Description
We are seeking motivated and dynamic Sales Associates to join our team! If you are an enthusiastic self-starter with a passion for cars and sales, we want to hear from you. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for guiding customers through the car-buying process, from initial inquiry to final purchase, ensuring a top-tier customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in finding the right vehicle to meet their needs and budget.
- Conduct vehicle demonstrations, test drives, and feature explanations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to generate referrals and repeat business.
- Utilize CRM toolsto follow up with leads and manage customer interactions.
- Present financing and leasing options, explaining pricing structures clearly.
- Work closely with the sales management team to negotiate deals and finalize transactions.
- Stay up to date with inventory, new arrivals, and industry trends.
- Assist with vehicle merchandising, showroom setup, and promotional events.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or automotive sales preferred but not required.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and goal-driven, with a desire to exceed sales targets.
- Ability to learn and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with technology, CRM systems, and online sales platforms (Auto Trader, Car Gurus, etc.).
- Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
