Inizio Engage seeks a Seasonal Pharmaceutical Sales Representative to drive product adoption for leading biotech and pharmaceutical brands. In this role, you will engage healthcare professionals, communicate complex clinical data clearly, and execute territory plans to meet seasonal demand. You'll leverage data, digital tools, and scientific resources to identify opportunities, deliver impactful product messaging, and support patient-centered outcomes, while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams in a mission-driven, high-performance culture.
Responsibilities
- Promote pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals within assigned territory during peak seasonal period
- Develop and execute territory business plans to achieve or exceed sales targets
- Deliver clinically accurate, compliant product presentations to physicians, pharmacists, and other key stakeholders
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers and office staff
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to inform sales strategy
- Accurately document calls, interactions, and sample activity in CRM systems
- Coordinate with cross-functional Inizio Engage teams to support product access and patient-centered initiatives
- Participate in training, ride-alongs, and coaching sessions to continuously improve product and disease-state knowledge
