Client Executive

NTT DATA is seeking a Client Executive III to lead strategic relationships with key enterprise clients in the Information Technology & Software sector. You will own overall account strategy, driving growth across consulting, digital transformation, cloud, and application services. Partnering with global delivery and solution teams, you will identify new opportunities, manage complex pursuits, and ensure exceptional client satisfaction. In NTT DATA's collaborative, innovation-driven culture, you will influence C-level stakeholders, shape long-term roadmaps, and help clients realize measurable business value through technology.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow strategic enterprise client accounts in IT services
• Lead account planning, pipeline management, and revenue forecasting
• Identify and close opportunities in consulting, cloud, and digital solutions
• Serve as primary executive contact, ensuring client satisfaction and retention
• Coordinate with delivery, solution, and technical teams for successful outcomes
• Negotiate contracts, renewals, and commercial terms
• Monitor account performance, KPIs, and profitability
• Develop multi year roadmaps aligned to clients' digital strategies
