Associate Sales Representative - Surgical Implants

Company: Strongest regional distributor of surgical implants in the greater New York area, trusted brand of craniomaxillofacial and thoracic devices.

Territory: Manhattan/Bronx

Responsibilities:

• Support Senior Sales Representatives with day-to-day sales tasks to achieve territory sales goals.
• Participate in surgical cases in the operating room and with Surgeon relationships.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients.
• Identify sales opportunities with existing and new clients.
• Conduct sales presentations, negotiations, supporting surgeries, and providing excellent customer service.
• Case coverage can be early morning and on-call for emergency procedures.
• Occasional attendance to networking events, surgeon education and training events, and client entertainment events.

Requirements:

• 1-2 years prior experience in sales, with documented top performance accomplishments.
• Must be available for scheduled procedures and on short notice for emergency cases.
• Self-motivated and driven to achieve sales targets.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to quickly learn and understand product knowledge.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Marketing, or a related sales field.
• Proficiency in using CRM software is a plus.
• Interest in Orthopedic industry is a plus.

Compensation:

• First year expected total earnings $75-90k, Second year expected total earnings can be $100K+ based on productivity. This is a full-time job, at a 1099 or W2 structure of your choosing.
