We are partnering with a leading manufacturer of rigid and flexible endoscopes to support the expansion of its urology-focused minimally invasive surgical portfolio across the North East.
This field-based role is centered on driving product adoption, providing clinical support, and delivering training to urologists, OR teams, and surgical centers throughout the territory. You will play a key role in supporting the use of high-performance endoscopes and related visualization instruments across a range of urologic procedures, including cystoscopy, ureteroscopy, stone management, TUR, and BPH interventions.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and grow sales of rigid and flexible endoscopes, visualization systems, and urology-focused surgical instruments across the North East.
- Provide in-procedure and in-service support to surgeons and OR staff to ensure optimal and safe product use.
- Deliver structured product demonstrations, training, and ongoing education to clinical stakeholders.
- Lead new account onboarding, evaluations, and product conversions in hospitals and surgical centers.
- Serve as the subject matter expert on endoscope setup, troubleshooting, care/handling, and best-practice usage.
- Partner closely with sales leadership, marketing, and clinical teams to drive adoption and customer satisfaction.
- Represent the company at regional workshops, urology congresses, and training events.
- Maintain accurate CRM updates, activity logs, and customer feedback reports.
- Ensure compliance with clinical, regulatory, and quality guidelines across all customer interactions.
- Bachelor’s degree in nursing, biomedical engineering, life sciences, business, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of medical device sales or OR-based clinical support experience; urology or endoscopy strongly preferred.
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to support complex reusable surgical instruments.
- Excellent communication, training, and relationship-building skills with surgeons and OR teams.
- Based in the North East with willingness to travel extensively across the state.
- Prior experience in urology, minimally invasive surgery, or visualization/endoscopy is a strong advantage.
