The Trim & Notions Sales Associate is responsible for connecting customers with the appropriate trim and notions for their personal and/or professional projects. The ideal candidate will already have working knowledge of trim and textiles through previous experience in sewing, design, or costume work. Fashion design experience is a strong plus.

Commission Opportunity:
Associates who meet and surpass monthly quotas earn commission from their sales.

• Accurately assess customer trim and notion needs and direct them to a variety of potential solutions
• Collaborate with other sales associates, office staff and staff at other Mood locations to fulfill customer needs
• Assist all staff in correctly shelving trim and notions by color and category.
• Engage with customers over the phone and via email to process orders
• Build long-term relationships with customers seeking consistent trim and notion suppliers

• 1-2 years of experience trims, notions and buttons
• Demonstrated strengths in customer-facing roles
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
