We are looking for a driven, high-performance Custom Clothing Sales Consultant to join our team.

This is a true sales role focused on client acquisition, pipeline building, and revenue generation. You will be responsible for sourcing your own opportunities, managing your book of business, and consistently closing deals.

Lead Generation and Sales

• Proactively source new clients through cold outreach, networking, partnerships, and digital channels
• Build and maintain a strong, consistent sales pipeline
• Meet and exceed weekly and monthly KPIs including consultations booked and revenue closed
• Conduct client consultations both in our SoHo showroom and offsite as needed

Client Relationship Management

• Build long-term relationships through personalized, consistent follow-up
• Guide clients through the bespoke process with confidence and precision
• Maintain regular communication to drive repeat business and referrals

Operations and Execution

• Accurately track all prospect and client activity within our CRM
• Submit orders with precision and urgency, resolving issues proactively
• Collaborate with the team to refine sales strategies and improve workflows

Training and Development

• Complete a structured onboarding and training program covering product knowledge, sales systems, and client experience
• Continuously refine your sales approach through feedback and performance tracking

• You have 1+ years of experience in sales, business development, or a client-facing role
• You have a hunter mentality and are driven by closing deals and exceeding targets
• You are highly self-motivated and take full ownership of your results
• You are a natural communicator who builds trust quickly and confidently
• You are organized, detail-oriented, and disciplined with follow-up
• You thrive in a performance-driven environment where results matter
