Account Manager - IT Staffing & SOW Services
LocationNew York, NY/Charlotte, NC(Hybrid)
Position OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Account Manager to manage and grow existing client relationships within the Banking and Financial Services sector. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in IT staffing, SOW services, and strategic account management.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and strengthen relationships with existing clients.
- Identify opportunities for account growth, renewals, upselling, and cross-selling.
- Understand client technology and workforce requirements and provide tailored solutions.
- Lead the preparation and presentation of staffing proposals, SOWs, and RFP/RFQ/RFI responses.
- Partner with recruiting and delivery teams to ensure successful service delivery.
- Drive client satisfaction, retention, and long-term account growth.
- Maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Proven experience in IT Staffing Account Management, Staffing Sales, or SOW Services.
- Strong understanding of IT staffing and workforce solutions.
- Experience working with Banking/Financial Services clients preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and grow strategic client accounts.
