The Senior Director, Brand Partnerships will be responsible for identifying, developing, and closing strategic partnerships with leading brands across various industries. This individual will be a key driver of revenue, leveraging their extensive network and expertise in brand sales to secure significant deals and contribute to Open Fortune's continued expansion. You will lead the full sales cycle, from prospecting and pitching to negotiation and account management, ensuring client success and long-term relationships.

• Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
• Identify and prospect new brand partnership opportunities, building a robust pipeline of potential clients.
• Lead compelling presentations and pitches to C-level executives and marketing decision-makers.
• Negotiate and close complex partnership agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial terms.
• Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients, identifying opportunities for growth and expansion.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams (marketing, operations, creative) to ensure seamless campaign execution and client satisfaction.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and client needs to inform sales strategies and product development.
• Mentor and potentially manage junior sales team members as the team grows.

• Proven track record of success in brand partnerships, advertising sales, or media sales, preferably within a fast-paced, innovative environment.
• Demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed sales quotas.
• Strong understanding of the advertising and marketing landscape, including brand strategy, media buying, and campaign measurement.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers at all levels.
• Strategic thinker with a proactive, results-oriented approach.
• Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and sales analytics.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

• $275,000 - $375,000 Year 1 OTE
