• Engage walk-in customers and deliver an exceptional in-store retail sales experience
• Sell Verizon wireless plans, smartphones, accessories, and connected devices to meet individual and team sales targets
• Educate customers on the latest devices, promotions, and Verizon service features
• Process new activations, upgrades, and account changes accurately and efficiently
• Maintain store appearance, product displays, and merchandising standards
• Build lasting customer relationships to drive referrals and repeat business
• Meet and exceed monthly sales quotas and key performance indicators (KPIs)

• High school diploma or GED required; some college preferred
• 1+ year of retail sales, customer service, or wireless industry experience preferred
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and persuasion skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, goal-driven sales environment
• Basic tech-savviness and ability to learn new devices and systems quickly
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Self-motivated, competitive, and team-oriented attitude
