Inside Sales Associate - Parts
As an Inside Sales Associate for our Parts Department at Ambient HVAC Supply, you’ll be responsible for handling quotes and orders for customers, inventory, and account setup. You’ll be a liaison between manufacturers, customers and our Sales team. You’ll also get the opportunity to support our Warehouse team with Counter sales and customer interaction. This is a great opportunity to join a growing company and get exposure to premium products, a great team and experts in the field.
Responsibilities- Set up quotes for customer pricing.
- Answer customer calls and identify parts.
- Team with the Sales department to address customer issues.
- Respond to customer proposals via telephone and email.
- Follow all company safety programs.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- HVAC proficiency or experience is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft office programs is required.
- Basic math and computer literacy.
- Great communication skills.
- Organizational skills.
Estimated compensation: $30-$33/hour with flexibility based on experience and skills.
