• Build relationships with candidates and clients within a specialist market.
• Source, interview, and manage high-quality candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Develop new business through proactive outreach and relationship building.
• Support clients with hiring strategies and market insights.
• Negotiate offers and manage the recruitment process from start to finish.
• Develop expertise within a niche, high-growth industry.
• Work towards personal performance and revenue targets while receiving ongoing coaching and support.

• $55,000 base salary plus uncapped commission (up to 40%).
