Sales Development Representative

You build the pipeline that becomes revenue. You will be responsible for driving top of funnel for all Forge services: freight forwarding, customs brokerage, and tariff refunds.

You build the pipeline that becomes revenue. You will be responsible for driving top of funnel for all Forge services: freight forwarding, customs brokerage, and tariff refunds.

You will work in person, five days a week, in New York City. You get direct founder access, and you will be expected to have an opinion. If you want remote, this is not the role.

• Prospect every day. Cold call, email, and social.
• Run the plays & produce more. Start with what works and then go invent your own.
• Qualify and book. Short discovery with C-suite, VPs, and directors in supply chain, operations, and finance. Decide quickly, then book the demo.
• Bring back what you hear. You talk to more operators in a week than anyone else here. The objections and the new segments should reach the founders while they are still fresh.
• Test and measure. Subject lines, openers, sequences. Track conversion at every step.

• Speak another language fluently
