Solar Sales Representatives & Sales Managers

Samaritan Solar is expanding its sales network and looking for experienced solar sales representatives and sales managers with teams across New York City and New Jersey.

We are looking for people who know how to build relationships, speak with homeowners and business owners, and move opportunities through the sales process with professionalism and consistency.

This opportunity is a strong fit for independent sales professionals, experienced solar reps, and sales leaders who already understand the market and are looking to grow with a serious solar company.

We are currently looking for:

• Sales managers with existing teams
• Experienced door-to-door or field sales professionals
• Sales professionals with residential or commercial solar experience

• Generate and manage solar sales opportunities
• Meet with homeowners and business owners
• Present solar solutions clearly and professionally
• Educate prospects on the benefits of going solar
• Maintain consistent follow-up with leads and prospects
• Build strong relationships throughout the sales process
• Work with the Samaritan Solar team to move qualified opportunities forward
• Consistently work toward sales and performance goals

• Solar sales experience preferred
• Strong communication and closing skills
• Ability to manage a pipeline and follow up consistently
• Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven
• Professional attitude when working with customers and internal teams
• Existing sales team or book of business is a plus
• Experience in New York or New Jersey solar markets is a plus
