Sales Development Rep/SDR, Business Development, Inside Sales
The Role
We're hiring a Growth Sales Associate to sit across both sides of our business. On the B2B side, you'll help grow our network of provider partners: reaching out to physicians and practices, booking meetings, and supporting them through onboarding onto the Peak platform. On the D2C side, you'll run sales consults with prospective patients and close them into our programs. You'll be working both sides, and you'll get good at switching between them.
This is not a lane-specific SDR seat. One day you're running a cold outbound sprint to physicians in a new market, the next you're on a consult walking a patient through our top-tier program, and the day after that you're building the follow-up sequence and updating the CRM so the rest of the team can see exactly what happened.
You'll report to the Founding Head of Commercial and work closely with our CEO, medical leadership, and commercial team.
What You'll Do- Run scrappy, high-volume outbound to physicians and practices — email, phone, Linked In, in-person — to open and advance provider partnership conversations
- Lead sales consults with prospective patients and convert them into our higher-tier programs. You're the closer here.
- Support partnership deals with a revenue lens: research targets, run outreach, prep materials, and help move conversations toward signed agreements
- Build and manage sequences, lists, and campaigns using our GTM stack (CRM, outbound sequencing, and AI tools for research, personalization, and prioritization)
- Document everything: pipeline, call notes, objections, what's working and what isn't. If it's not in the CRM, it didn't happen.
- Track your activity and conversion metrics and report on them weekly
- Bring feedback from the field back to the team — pricing, messaging, positioning, product — and help us iterate fast
- 3-7 years in sales, growth, or business development — bonus if you've sold to physicians, practices, or health-conscious consumers
- A natural closer. You're comfortable asking for the sale on a live call and you've got the results to show for it.
- High energy and externally facing — you enjoy being on the phone, in the room, and in someone's inbox
- Extremely organized. You keep meticulous notes and systems without being told to.
- Fluent in modern GTM tools and AI — you use them daily to research, personalize, automate, and move faster or eager to learn
- Comfortable with ambiguity. There won't always be a playbook; you'll help write it.
- Willing to go high and go low: sharp enough to hold your own in a conversation with a physician-owner, hands-on enough to build the list yourself
- Takes initiative. You spot the gap, propose the fix, and run with it.
- Genuinely interested in longevity, preventive medicine, and fixing healthcare. You can speak credibly to both doctors and patients and are fluent in clinical terminology.
- Experience in healthcare, medtech, digital health, or primary care
- Background in a seed-to-Series-A startup environment
- Experience with consumer sales consults or high-ticket D2C closing
Base salary of plus performance-based bonus. Equity. Health benefits, unlimited PTO, opportunities to attend forward thinking healthcare events and conferences
