Salary Range: $40,000.00 - $ Base+Commission/year

The Sales Associate will be responsible for assisting customers in finding the perfect vehicle to meet their needs and ensuring a seamless buying experience. Our Sales Associates start with a salary-based training plan before having the option to move to a commission-based pay plan. We have 5 day work weeks, we're closed on Sundays and new Sales Associates are paired with a Mentor for their first few months to help them train.

Responsibilities

Assist customers in selecting and purchasing vehicles
Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
Understand and promote available financing options
Follow up with potential leads and clients

Requirements

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Previous sales experience preferred
Knowledge of automotive industry a plus
Consenting to a Background Check

Qualifications

Great customer service skills
Self motivated
Valid driver's license and a clean driving history
