Job Description

Role:
Inside Sales Associate - Parts As an Inside Sales Associate for our Parts Department at Ambient HVAC Supply,you’llbe responsible for handling quotes and orders for customers, inventory, and accountsetup.

You’llbe a liaison between manufacturers,customer sand our Sales team.

You’llalso get the opportunity to support our Warehouse team with Counter sales and customer interaction.

Responsibilities

Set up quotes for customer pricing.
Answer customer calls andidentifyparts.
Team with the Sales department to address customer issues.
Respond to customerproposalsvia telephone and email.
Follow all company safety programs.

Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent.
HVACproficiencyor experience is a plus.
Proficiency in Microsoft office programs is required.
Basic math and computer literacy.
Great communication skills.
Organizational skills.

Estimated compensation: $30-$33/hour with flexibility based on experience and skills.
