Create a welcoming, professional experience for every customer.
Ask the right questions and recommend products based on the customer's needs, budget and preferences.
Meet individual and team sales, service and customer-retention goals.
Explain products responsibly and accurately without making medical claims.
Process transactions accurately and follow all company and New York State compliance procedures.
Keep the sales floor clean, organized, stocked and ready for customers.
WHAT WE NEEDProven retail, hospitality, automotive, wireless, commission or consultative sales experience - required.
Strong communication, listening and relationship-building skills.
Confidence making recommendations, handling objections and asking for the sale.
Dependability, professionalism, coachability and a team-first attitude.
Ability to learn a large product selection and explain it in clear, responsible language.
Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends, is preferred.
