Summary
Sales Associate based in the Brookfield Place boutique providing exceptional customer service and personalized eyewear styling. Deliver product knowledge and styling guidance to help customers select frames and lenses that meet their needs. Support sales objectives while maintaining an elevated boutique environment.
Responsibilities- Greet and assist customers with frame selection and personalized styling.
- Provide product and lens knowledge, recommend suitable options, and explain care and features.
- Process sales transactions, support commission/bonus plans, and work toward sales targets.
- Maintain visual standards, merchandising, and inventory organization in the boutique.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills with a polished, client-focused approach.
- Retail sales or customer-facing experience preferred, ideally in eyewear or luxury goods.
- Ability to work a full-time schedule including weekends and holidays as required.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain boutique presentation and product knowledge.
