We are currently seeking assertive, results-oriented individuals who have previous auto sales experience. The ideal candidate must have a proven work history in commission-based sales. Presentation skills and the ability to multi-task are critical to this position. • Sales Representatives spend time with customers at the showroom to determine their needs and discuss vehicle options.
• Sales Representatives commit to becoming certified experts and gaining in-depth knowledge of vehicles and technology.
• Maintain all required training.
• Complete quotes and explain financing/leasing options for new and used vehicles.
• Follow up with customers and return email/voicemail.
• Follow up with existing customers to confirm their satisfaction and generate leads by referrals.
