We are seeking a high-performing surgical device sales professional to join a rapidly growing medical device company leading innovation in minimally invasive spinal fusion technology
.
This role offers the chance to represent a market-leading portfolio with strong clinical validation, including two Level 1 randomized controlled trials
.
The position is focused on elective, balanced procedures — with no trauma call-outs, no emergencies, and no patient-facing responsibilities. Cases are streamlined, typically lasting about one hour, and involve some of the most advanced technology in the spine market.
Key Responsibilities- Drive sales growth across NYC covering Orthopedic Spine, Neurosurgery, Pain Management, and Physical Therapy practices
. - Build relationships with surgeons and clinical staff to educate, support, and grow adoption of innovative technologies.
- Manage the full sales cycle including territory development, case support, and revenue growth.
- Deliver product knowledge, training, and case coverage to ensure consistent outcomes and surgeon satisfaction.
- Base Salary: $80,000
- Uncapped Commission: With a 6-month income guarantee

- Promotion Path: Advancement to Territory Manager within 12–18 months.
- Earnings Potential: Average TM compensation is $250K–$300K+.
- 2–4+ years of surgical device sales experience in the operating room, preferably with spine, orthopedic, or neurosurgical products.
- Strong track record of exceeding quota and ranking among top sales performers.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth company environment.
- Driven, consultative, and skilled at relationship-building with physicians.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
