Role Description The Brand Ambassador is a full-time, on-site role based in New York, United States. The individual in this position will represent Casa Verde Farms at retail locations, events, and community engagements, educating consumers and partners about the company’s products and values. Day-to-day tasks include engaging customers, answering product questions, providing samples where permitted, and collecting feedback to share with the internal team.

The Brand Ambassador will help increase brand awareness by executing promotional activities, supporting in-store displays, and maintaining strong relationships with store staff and partners. This role also involves coordinating with sales and marketing teams, reporting on field activities, and ensuring all outreach complies with applicable cannabis regulations and company policies.

Qualifications

• Strong Interpersonal Skills and Customer Service abilities to engage diverse consumers and build positive relationships.
• Experience in Brand Ambassadorship and Brand Awareness initiatives to effectively represent and promote Casa Verde Farms.
• Clear and professional Communication skills, both verbal and written, for consumer education and partner interaction.
• Knowledge of or interest in the cannabis industry, products, and regulations; willingness to learn and stay current on market trends.
• Ability to work on-site, including evenings and weekends as needed, and to travel locally within New York for events and store visits.
• Demonstrated reliability, professional appearance, and adherence to compliance and safety guidelines.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; post‑secondary education in marketing, communications, or a related field is a plus.
