Director of Sales & Marketing

Our client is a prestigious luxury hotel in the heart of New York City, known for its rich history, exceptional service, and strong reputation within the market.
We’re looking for a Director of Sales & Marketing to lead the commercial strategy, drive revenue, and build meaningful relationships across the hotel’s key markets.
What You’ll Do- Lead and develop the hotel’s sales team
- Create and execute strategic sales and marketing plans
- Drive revenue growth and identify new business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners
- Develop new accounts and strengthen existing business
- Monitor market trends and identify opportunities for growth
- Partner with hotel leadership to achieve overall commercial goals
- Proven experience in a senior sales leadership role within luxury or full-service hospitality
- Strong knowledge of the New York City hotel market
- A confident, relationship-driven sales leader with a strong commercial mindset
- Experience leading, mentoring, and motivating a sales team
- Strong understanding of revenue generation, business development, and strategic planning
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Hands-on, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced hotel environment
